When you create an account or purchase a license, we collect: your email address, your license key, and basic account data required for authentication. We do not collect tracking data or usage telemetry from the application itself — all archive operations run locally in your browser.

2a. Website Analytics (Umami)

This website uses Umami, a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics tool that we self-host. It collects anonymous, aggregated page-view data (URL, referrer, browser, OS, country, screen size). No cookies are set, no personal data is stored, and no cross-site tracking takes place. Data never leaves our infrastructure and is not shared with third parties.

3. Why We Collect It

We use your data solely to provide the Service: authenticating your account, validating your license, and communicating with you about your purchase or account.

6. Data Storage

Your data is stored on secure servers. We retain your account and license data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties, except as required to provide the Service (Paddle for payments, Appwrite for authentication).
