1. Find the file(s) in File Explorer 2. Select them (hold Ctrl to select multiple) 3. Right-click → "Send to" → "Compressed (zipped) folder" 4. A new .zip file appears — rename it if you want Windows 11: Right-click → "Compress to ZIP file"

1. Find the file(s) in Finder 2. Select them (hold Cmd to select multiple) 3. Right-click → "Compress" 4. A new .zip file appears in the same folder

iPhone / iPad

1. Open the Files app 2. Tap "Select" and choose your files 3. Tap the three-dot menu (…) → "Compress" 4. The ZIP appears in the same folder

1. Open your file manager 2. Select the file(s) 3. Tap "More" or the menu → "Compress" 4. Choose ZIP format and tap OK
